LANTREE DEVELOPMENTS
Lantree Developments is engaged in the acquisition, management and development of various real estate projects in the New York tristate area. It currently owns several multi-residential rental properties in Manhattan and the Bronx; is developing a golf course into a substantial 650 unit townhouse project in the Rockland County - Ramapo area just north of the George Washington Bridge and is building several purpose-built rental projects in Bayonne, New Jersey.
Lantree is led by Raphael Mandelbaum, Mark Mandelbaum’s son who resides in New Jersey and actively manages Lantree’s holdings in the United States.
